Philly Breakfast Pizza
- 1 lb GODSHALL'S Turkey Scrapple
- 2 Cups Tater Tots
- 1/2 lb Pizza Dough or pre-made 12 inch Pizza Crust
- 1 Cup Sharp Provolone
- 1 Cup Part Skim Mozzarella
- Adobo (For Taste)
- Salt (For Taste)
- Bake tots in oven at 350 degrees F while browning scrapple in skillet with plenty of non stick spray.
- Unroll and/or press out dough to 12 inch or 14 inch pizza pan.
- Remove lightly browned tots (approx. 12 minutes)
- Scatter scrapple slices, scatter tots, scatter provolone shreds, scatter mozzarella shreds.
- Bake at 390 degrees F (approx. 10-12 minutes) until cheese is golden.
- Use salt or adobo to taste and serve warm and delightfully gooey.
