Turkey Bacon, Avocado Club with Sun-dried Tomato Mayo

Our Spin on a Classic Club Sandwich!


  • 6-8 Slices GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon
  • 2-4 Slices of GODSHALL’S Artisan Butcher Cuban Spice Turkey Breast
  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 1/4 Cup Sun-dried Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 2 Teaspoon Lemon Zest (Finely Grated)
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Baguette (Cut in Half Length Wise)
  • 2 Cups Baby Arugula
  • 2 Tomatoes (Sliced)
  • 1 Avocado (Sliced)


Sun-dried Mayonnaise:

  1. In a food processor, pulse the mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes and lemon zest until finely chopped.

GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon:

  1. If using GODSHALL’S Fully Cooked Turkey Bacon, you can microwave for a minute or warm in a skillet.
  2. If using GODSHALL’S Uncooked Turkey Bacon, cook in a skillet by directions on package.

Club Sandwich:

  1. Over medium heat, put the olive oil in a skillet and place in the GODSHALL’S Turkey Breast and add the salt. Allow to lightly brown on both sides. This takes about 10 minutes on each side.
  2. On the cut baguette, spread on top and bottom the sun-dried tomato mayonnaise.
  3. Place on the baby arugula, tomato slices, avocado slices, turkey bacon slices and turkey breast.
  4. Cut in half or in quarters.
  5. ENJOY!
