Toffee Bacon Dessert Dip
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup GODSHALL’S Smoky CRUMBLZ (Candied)
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Cup Mini Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Candied Bacon;
- Melt one tablespoon of butter, then add the bacon.
- Add one heaping teaspoon of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Stir until bacon glistens and remove to cool. Break up the clumps.
- Melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla extract.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar for approx. 2 minutes.
- Next, pour in the butter/sugar mixture.
- Beat until the mix is combined. (Approx. 5 minutes)
- Then, stir in the chocolate chips.
- Serve with graham crackers and/or vanilla wafers and ENJOY!
