Thai Crab Bacon Curry

Bursting with Exotic Flavor!

  • 1/2 Cup GODSHALL’S Chili Lime CRUMBLZ
  • 16 oz Crab Meat
  • 13 oz Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 Tablespoons Yellow Curry Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Scallions (Diced Very Fine)
  • 1 Teaspoon Basil Flakes (Rounded)
  • 1/2 Red Pepper (Thin Long Pieces)
  • Juice of 2 Limes
  1. Combine coconut milk and chicken stock in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add yellow curry paste and whisk until well blended. Add salt and bring to simmer.
  3. Then, add red pepper slices and diced scallions.
  4. Add juice of 2 limes and basil.
  5. Add crab meat and Chili Lime CRUMBLZ.
  6. Simmer, stirring frequently for approx. 20 minutes over medium heat. Lower the heat if recipe reduces too quickly. (Add 1/2 level teaspoon cornstarch if too watery)
  7. Serve over glass noodles or rice.
  8. Garnish with lime slices and pepper slices and more chili lime CRUMBLZ.
