• 1/4 Cup GODSHALLS Chili Lime CRUMBLZ or 6 Slices GODSHALL'S Turkey Bacon (Lightly Browned and Diced Fine with 1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder and 2¬†Tablespoons Lime Juice)
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs (Boneless, Skinless, Cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Cups White Rice (Cooked)


  1. Cook the rice to package instructions.
  2. (Ignore this step if using CRUMBLZ) Dice turkey bacon and cook with chili powder and lime juice until lightly browned.
  3. Cut pineapple in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the flesh of each half with a spoon set it aside to enjoy later.
  5. Heat the canola oil in a large skillet on high heat.
  6. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, approx. 1-2 minutes.
  7. Then add soy sauce, brown sugar and honey. Mix well.
  8. Bring the mixture to a boil and then turn the heat down to medium-low and cook. Stir occasionally until sauce is thick and the chicken is cooked (approx.8 to 12 minutes)
  9. Add the bacon CRUMBLZ  and sesame seeds and stir.
  10. Add a cup of cooked rice into the pineapple bowl.
  11. Garnish with more bacon CRUMBLZ, serve hot and ENJOY!
