Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup GODSHALLS Chili Lime CRUMBLZ or 6 Slices GODSHALL'S Turkey Bacon (Lightly Browned and Diced Fine with 1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder and 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice)
- 1 Pineapple
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1 lb Chicken Thighs (Boneless, Skinless, Cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 2 Cups White Rice (Cooked)
Instructions:
- Cook the rice to package instructions.
- (Ignore this step if using CRUMBLZ) Dice turkey bacon and cook with chili powder and lime juice until lightly browned.
- Cut pineapple in half lengthwise.
- Remove the flesh of each half with a spoon set it aside to enjoy later.
- Heat the canola oil in a large skillet on high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, approx. 1-2 minutes.
- Then add soy sauce, brown sugar and honey. Mix well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and then turn the heat down to medium-low and cook. Stir occasionally until sauce is thick and the chicken is cooked (approx.8 to 12 minutes)
- Add the bacon CRUMBLZ and sesame seeds and stir.
- Add a cup of cooked rice into the pineapple bowl.
- Garnish with more bacon CRUMBLZ, serve hot and ENJOY!
