Ingredients:
- 4 Slices GODSHALL'S Turkey Bacon (Browned and Diced Fine) or GODSHALL'S Smoky CRUMBLZ
- 4 Avocados
- 4 oz Smoked Salmon
- 8 Eggs
- Salt (For Taste)
- Black PepperĀ (For Taste)
- Chili Flakes (For Taste)
- Fresh DillĀ (For Garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook GODSHALL'S Turkey Bacon to package instructions, then dice fine. Ignore step if using GODSHALL'S Fully Cooked Uncured Turkey Bacon.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Halve the avocados and remove the seeds.
- Using a spoon or melon baller, scoop out avocado until it can hold an egg.
- Arrange the avocado halves on a baking sheet.
- Place strips of smoked salmon in the avocado.
- Crack each of the eggs into one avocado half.
- Add salt and pepper on top of the eggs for taste.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven for approx. 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle bacon, chili flakes and garnish with fresh dill.
- Serve warm and ENJOY!
