Ingredients:
- 6 Slices GODSHALL'S Turkey Bacon (Browned and Diced Fine) or 1 Bag GODSHALL'S Smoky CRUMBLZ
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 Cups MiniĀ Marshmallows
- 6 Cups Rice Crisps Cereal
- 5 Bananas
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 8 oz. Melting Chocolate Buds
- 1/2 Cup Pistachios
Instructions:
- Cook GODSHALL'S Turkey Bacon to package instructions then dice fine. (Ignore step if using GODSHALL'S Fully Cooked Uncured Turkey Bacon CRUMBLZ)
- Cut bananas into straight sections, wrap with plastic wrap and place in freezer. Allow to become solid.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and add marshmallows. Then add the cereal as the marshmallows melt.
- When mixed, remove from heat and spoon onto parchment paper and spread with a spoon to a thin rectangle.
- Remove bananas from freezer and spread peanut butter over them and roll in GODSHALL'S Turkey Bacon.
- Next, place covered banana sections at bottom of cereal rectangle.
- Roll tightly upward, removing paper as you roll.
- When entire banana is covered, cut the remaining cereal and mold the lip to lie flat. Set aside.
- Melt the chocolate and using and brush cover the crisp rice cylinder with chocolate.
- Garnish with pistachios and chill in refrigerator.
- Remove from refrigerator and cut 3/4 inch sections.
- Serve and ENJOY!
