Bacon & Gorgonzola Cole Slaw

Spice Up Your Sandwich!


  • 12 slices of GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon (diced and browned)
  • 1 Head of Cabbage (cored and shredded)
  • 2 Large Carrot (top and bottom removed and shredded or grated)
  • 1 Cup of Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
  • ¾ Cup of Real Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • ½ Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper


  1. Shred Cabbage, fry bacon, grate carrot, crumble cheese
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, black pepper and honey
  3. Pour mixture over combined cabbage and carrot in large bowl
  4. Toss to ensure liquid covers all vegetables evenly
  5. Sprinkle with Gorgonzola and GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon
  6. Serve as side or to make the most amazing sandwiches
