Cinnamon Candied Bacon Pecan Bars

The Perfect Balance of Sweet N’ Salty


  • 1/2 Cup GODSHALL’S Smoky Bacon CRUMBLZ (Candied)
  • 1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar (1/4 Cup for Candied CRUMBLZ)
  • 1/4 Cup Butter (Melted)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon Extract
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Pecans (Chopped)


Candy Bacon Crumblz:

  • Scatter Godshall’s Smoky Bacon Crumblz in a large skillet.
  • As bacon begins to crisp at edges, stir in brown sugar.
  • When the brown sugar begins to bubble and melt, remove from pan onto parchment paper and allow to cool.
  • When it becomes hard, break clumps with the back of a wooden spoon. Set aside in refrigerator.


  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, butter and vanilla.
  • Once mixed well, add in the flour and baking powder, then the chopped pecans and candied CRUMBLZ.
  • Grease an 8 inch square pan and evenly spread out the mix.
  • Bake approx. 25 minutes to till toothpick comes up clean from center.
  • Allow to cool in pan.
  • Cut into squares and ENJOY!
