Bacon Wrapped Potatoes with Creamy Lemon Dip


  • 12 oz GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon (Lightly Browned and Cut in Half)


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cook GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon until lightly browned and cut in half.
  3. Slice potatoes and toss with 1 teaspoon salt in bowl.
  4. Lay the turkey bacon strips next to each other and bush with about 1/2 the maple syrup.
  5. Wrap each potato slice with 1/2 strip of turkey bacon. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle black pepper on top.
  6. Roast and rotate the baking sheet halfway through, until the bacon is crisp and the potatoes are tender approx. 20 minutes.
  7. Mix the mayo, some lemon zest and all the lemon juice. Sprinkle the remaining lemon zest on top.
  8. Put about 1/2 cup maple syrup in a second small serving dish. Mix in desired amount of black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes.
  9. Serve with the creamy lemon dip and maple syrup dip.
