Cheesy Bacon Fusion


  • 8 Slices GODSHALL'S Chicken or Turkey Bacon. (Browned and Diced Fine)
  • 8 Oz. Goat Cheese
  • 24 Wonton Wrappers
  • Oil (Used to Deep Fry)


  1. Mix fine diced bacon and goat cheese thoroughly.
  2. With a CLEAN brush,edge 1/4" in on all sides of a wonton.
  3. Drop 1 sparing teaspoon of filling into center and fold over. press seal wet edges to close tightly.
  4. Drop into deep fryer on medium high for about a minute each side or when bubbling slows a little.
  5. Remove and garnish with choice of sauce.
  6. Enjoy!
