Paradise on a Plate
- 3 Tablespoons GODSHALL'S Chili Lime CRUMBLZ
- 4 Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 8 oz Lump Crab Meat
- 4 Slices of avocado (Chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Shallots (Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Slice Pineapple (Chopped)
- Mix all ingredients together aside from tortillas and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Spray a skillet with non-stick spray and heat on medium heat.
- Layer in the skillet, tortilla, mozzarella cheese, crab meat mixture, more mozzarella and tortilla.
- Cook on both sides of the tortilla until the tortillas, top and bottom, are brown and the cheese has melted.
- Serve hot and ENJOY!
